What to expect:

  1. Preparation: Client must be hydrated and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  2. Connection & Topic: The practitioner connects with your subconscious via muscle testing and you agree on a general topic to focus on (e.g., anxiousness, a specific relationship, discomforts).

  3. Identification: Using charts and yes/no questions, the practitioner identifies the specific trapped emotion(s) or body imbalances related to the topic, often discovering when they were trapped or if inherited.

  4. Release: The practitioner uses a focused intention to release the identified emotion and sometimes a magnet moved along the body's governing meridian, essentially clearing the energetic block.

  5. Confirmation & Empowerment: The practitioner confirms the release and aims to restore balance, often ending with positive affirmations or beliefs to empower your system.

  6. Report & Follow Up: The practitioner will prepare and send a report following the end of your appointment with everything that was found and any suggestions made during the session.

Additional Information:

  • Gentle & Non-Invasive: Reliving or talking about traumatic events is rarely necessary. There is not any physical contact made between practitioner and client.

  • Accessibility: Most appointments are completely remote via phone or zoom.

  • Variable Results: Some experience shifts quickly, while others need multiple sessions, but the goal is greater clarity, peace, and improved well-being.

    Client Experience and Aftercare:

Clients may experience physical sensations or emotional shifts during a session. With many people saying they feel an immediate sense of relief, calm, or lightness.
